Larry Parker
Larry has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, building new homes, remodeling, teaching the construction trade, and many years inspecting houses. Larry is a certified home inspector, trained by ASHI and InterNachi.
What We Offer
Together, we perform complete home inspections, from your roof all the way down to your foundation. We look at your electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, furnace, AC unit... basically, your whole home. We visually inspect for termites, and other issues. We use an infrared camera that can detect plumbing leaks, hot wiring, lack of insulation, and other things not readily seen with the naked eye. We perform radon testing, which is done for a minimum of 48 hours, with immediate result readings. We offer mold testing, and we can also test water quality.

Suzie is a certified home inspector trained by InterNACHI. She is certified in radon and infrared technology.
She grew up around construction and has years of experience in remodeling, and property management.
